ETPs for Bus Body Workshops
Painting and pre-treatment lines produce relatively small but chemically complex wastewater. Many workshops simply let it drain — a growing compliance risk. A compact ETP with oil separation, pH correction, chemical treatment and a small filter press can treat this wastewater reliably. Treated water can be reused for washing vehicles and floors.
Upgrading Existing ETPs
Production growth often outpaces the original ETP. Signs of overload include failing tests, odour, sludge carry-over and rising chemical bills. We audit the plant, find the bottleneck and upgrade only what is needed.
Water Recovery and Reuse
Water is scarce in Karur's dry months. Recovering treated effluent through UF and RO for reuse in processing, washing or utilities reduces fresh-water demand and supports compliance where discharge is restricted.
