Hospital STPs Need Extra Care
A hospital cannot shut down its STP for repairs. Our hospital designs include duplicate blowers and pumps, and a disinfection stage that keeps working when one unit is down. Treated water is reused only for permitted uses such as gardening and flushing, and the STP is kept fully separate from biomedical waste handling. Lodges and Small Plots
Lodges near Vellore's hospitals often sit on narrow plots with no room for large tanks. Compact packaged STPs, installed underground or in a basement corner, solve this. They need little civil work and can be serviced from a small access hatch.
Campuses With Changing Flows
Engineering and arts colleges around Vellore and Ranipet house thousands of students during term and very few during vacations. A plant sized only for full occupancy will struggle when flows drop. Reusing Treated Water
With sand and carbon filtration plus disinfection, treated sewage can water gardens, flush toilets and top up cooling towers. In a region where borewells are often salty, this cuts the amount of fresh water you need to buy or pump.
Fixing Struggling STPs
Smell in the basement, foam in the aeration tank and cloudy treated water usually mean the plant is overloaded or not operated properly. We inspect, test and correct problems, often by fixing aeration, removing excess sludge or upgrading media within the existing tanks.
