Dairy ETPs with Biogas
High-strength dairy effluent is an energy source. An anaerobic stage converts part of the organic load into biogas that can be used in boilers or kitchens, while reducing the load and power needed in the aerobic stage. Upgrading Existing ETPs
Many Erode units have grown since their ETPs were installed. Signs of overload include failing outlet tests, odour, foaming, sludge carry-over and rising chemical consumption. We audit the plant and upgrade only the limiting stage — far cheaper than building new.

Water Recovery
Water is costly and borewells are unreliable in dry months. Recovering treated effluent through UF and RO for reuse in processing, washing and utilities reduces fresh-water demand and supports compliance where discharge is restricted.
Turmeric and Food Processing Effluent
Turmeric boiling and washing, spice processing and food units produce coloured, starch-rich and organic effluent, often in seasonal peaks after harvest. We design equalisation large enough to absorb these peaks and biological stages that recover quickly when production restarts. Where volumes are large, an anaerobic stage can reduce the load and produce biogas for the boiler.
Sludge Handling
ETP sludge must be dewatered and disposed of through approved channels. We size clarifiers and filter presses for your peak solids load so sludge is dry, compact and easier to handle.
Separate Domestic Sewage
Staff toilets, canteens and quarters produce domestic sewage that is best treated in a separate STP. Mixing it with process effluent makes ETP treatment harder and more expensive.
Operation and Maintenance
Our AMC service provides trained operators, chemicals, spares, sludge handling and testing for ETPs built by us or by others.
